​Q: What are the prices for hair and makeup?

​A: Final cost will be determined on the wedding day dependent on each person's hair type and style chosen. Please refer to the Services & Pricing link for the current prices.

Q: When should I schedule my consult?

A: As soon as possible after completing your contract with us. Because we are a small company with only five of us at all times, we book up quickly and your stylist may not have availability on short notice. Please be prepared to give us at least two or three different dates to work with. 

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

A: We accept payments in the form of cash, check, or charge and each stylist is paid individually.

Q: What do I need to bring the day of my appointment?

A: Nothing other than any hair pieces you may like to use. We provide all hair and makeup products. You are welcome to bring any pictures if you have a specific look in mind. You can also bring any specific makeup products you would like to use (i.e. a particular lip color or favorite mascara), but that is not necessary. 

Q: Can I bring any of my own makeup to use?

A: Absolutely. We suggest allowing us to use our makeup because we provide high quality products designed to hold up throughout a long event. However, if you any skin or eye sensitivities, or just prefer a certain item, you are welcome to bring your own.

Q: If I schedule a consult, will I have the same stylist(s) the day of my wedding as I had at my consult?

A: Yes. Only the stylist or stylists scheduled for the day of your actual event will work your consult, so you can rest assured the person you meet on the day of your consult will be the same one showing up on your big day!

Q: Do you charge a travel fee?

A: Not within the Estes Park region.  Outside of Estes Park we may charge a travel fee based on mileage.

Important Information for the Day of Your Big Event

Before your big day, we have a few suggestions that may answer some of your questions and make the day run more smoothly.


For hair, we ask that you arrive with your hair completely dry and not styled in any way. Hair tends to hold style best when it is not freshly cleaned. Washing hair the night before services is best. If you have extra oily hair or naturally curly hair, wash it as early as possible the morning of, add a little styling product and make sure it is completely dry before arrival. Also please do not flat iron your hair; if we feel it needs straightening we will do so. 


For makeup, please be prepared with a clean face and all previous makeup removed. You can absolutely apply your own moisturizer first. If you have any serious allergies to makeup, please inform us ahead of time and be prepared to bring your own makeup - we will still be happy to apply it for you. We use high quality make-up product, but if you are particular about a certain item, you are more than welcome to bring your own.

If you have a very specific lip color in mind, we suggest that you try on and buy your own to bring the day of your event. Although we carry several colors, we may not have the exact match you're looking for, and additionally, you can use your lip color to retouch throughout the event (a lip stain or long wear lip color is recommended).


Please note: If your event is being held at a difficult-to-reach location, particularly in the colder months, please be prepared to travel to us if our stylists do not feel safe driving to said location. We are happy to discuss this in more detail when you book with us).
